Welcome to RUSHAVI www.rushavi.com These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and the purchase of our customized and personalized gift products.

By accessing our website or purchasing a product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Conditions

  • By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any legitimate reason at any time.

  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our products or services without express written permission from RUSHAVI.

2. Personalized & Customized Products

Because our products are individually handcrafted or custom-printed based on your specifications, special conditions apply:

  • Customer Accuracy: You are strictly responsible for providing accurate text, names, dates, spelling, and high-resolution images for customization. We print/engrave exactly what is submitted or approved by you.

  • Color & Display Variations: We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor screen settings, photo resolution, and material textures.

  • Content Guidelines: We reserve the right to reject customization requests that contain hateful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or copyright-infringing material.

3. Order Approval, Cancellations & Modifications

  • Production Timeline: Custom production begins shortly after an order is placed.

  • Cancellations: Orders for customized items can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. Once production or printing has initiated, cancellations or modifications will not be accepted.

  • Proofing: If a preview/proof is sent for your approval before printing, delays in your response may extend the estimated delivery time.

4. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our custom gift items:

  • Non-Returnable Policy: Customized and personalized items cannot be returned or refunded simply due to a change of mind, as they cannot be resold.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is physically damaged in transit, defective, or contains a manufacturing error made by us (e.g., incorrect spelling differing from your order submission), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo/video proof.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will happily send a free replacement or issue a resolution as deemed appropriate.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of placing the order via our secure payment options (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking).

  • Orders will not enter production until payment is successfully processed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery dates are indicative and based on logistics partner schedules.

  • RUSHAVI is not liable for minor delays caused by courier services, weather disruptions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • Any re-shipping charges incurred due to an incorrect address submitted by the customer will be borne by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on www.rushavi.com—including website graphics, logos, product designs, and text—is the property of RUSHAVI and protected by copyright laws.

  • By uploading photos or designs to our platform, you guarantee that you own the intellectual property rights to those files or have explicit permission to use them.

8. Limitation of Liability

RUSHAVI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website, or for errors arising from user-submitted customization details.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction under the courts of Bhavnagar, Gujarat.
