Return & Refund Policy

At RUSHAVI, we specialize in creating high-quality personalized and customized gifts. Since every product is made-to-order based on your specific requirements (name, photo, text, design, etc.), please carefully read our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.

1. Nature of Our Products
All products sold by RUSHAVI are custom-made and personalized according to the customer's specifications. Due to their personalized nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect personalization details provided by the customer, or any other reason except those mentioned below.

2. Eligible Returns & Replacements
You may request a return, replacement, or refund only in the following cases, within 7 days of delivery:
- The product is damaged or broken upon delivery
- The product has a clear manufacturing defect
- The wrong item was delivered
- Incorrect customization was done due to our error (not matching the details submitted by you)

To be eligible, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order
- Provide your Order Number
- Share clear photographs or video of the damaged / defective / incorrect product

3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Correctly fulfilled personalized or customized products
- Change of mind after placing the order
- Incorrect personalization details (name, photo, text, spelling, etc.) submitted by the customer
- Products that have been used or altered after delivery
- Sale items and gift cards

Do not send the product back without prior approval. Items received without approval will not be accepted.

5. Refund Process
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where return is due to our error.

6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Once production/customization has started, cancellation is not possible.
